Public Sector HR Projects & Systems Lead

VanRath is seeking a forward-thinking HR Projects and Systems Manager to lead strategic initiatives transforming HR service delivery within the public sector in Northern Ireland. You will optimise HR processes and systems, shaping excellent service across divisions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (QCF Level 6) with 2+ years' HR project delivery experience or 4+ years' relevant HR experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of employment legislation.
