Public Sector Customer Service Adviser - Flexible Hours

Adur & Worthing Councils are recruiting for a customer service adviser based in Worthing Town Hall with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Starting salary is £29,542 to £32,046 per annum and DBS clearance is required.

The role involves providing information and advice on 16+ council services, handling calls and face-to-face inquiries, and supporting service improvements across council offices in Worthing and Shoreham.
