Public Relations Manager

We are looking for a savvy PR and Communications Manager who is not only used to roll out and deep dive in compelling communication strategies but is also looking forward to lead and craft those strategies in full.

Moreover, the PR & Comms Manager must be passionate about mobility, understand the unique needs of the global press, and beeager to propel our company into the global spotlight. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment, effectively collaborating with both remote teams and in-person.

• 6+ years in public relations, communications, or journalism, with proven success in global PR strategy and high-profile media placements. Experience in global mobility, management consultancy, private wealth management, or global financial services is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and collaborate with both remote and in-person teams.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and implement innovative PR campaigns. Passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Deep understanding of the global mobility landscape, especially in relation to the needs of high-net-worth individuals seeking global citizenship and/or residency solutions.
• Solid relationships with international media outlets and a thorough understanding of media trends, particularly in private wealth, global citizenship, and financial services.

• Develop and execute a global public relations strategy to position us as a thought leader in the mobility, second citizenship, and private wealth sectors. Resonate it with target audiences and communicate the value of our services to high-net-worth individuals, globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry leaders. Proactively secure coverage in high-profile, relevant media channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee the development of all corporate communications, press releases, media kits, speeches, and talking points. Ensure messaging aligns with company goals and brand values.
• Manage reputation risk by overseeing crisis communications strategies and implementing timely, accurate, and effective responses.
• Collaborate with the digital teams to ensure a cohesive PR presence across online platforms, leveraging social media channels to amplify PR efforts.
• Act as the central point of contact for all internal communications to foster a strong company culture and ensure clarity across the organization.
• Effectively lead and manage a remote team of communications professionals, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent communication.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimise communications strategies.
