Public Building Concierge & Visitor Guide

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Civic Building Attendant for Magdalen House and the Town Halls. You will greet visitors, provide information and direction to the right service, and help ensure a welcoming, professional experience for customers accessing council services.

You will maintain a safe, orderly environment, support staff, coordinate maintenance with the Building Maintenance Team, assist with access arrangements, and direct contractors as needed.
