Pub Supervisor: Lead a Dynamic Team & Create Moments

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You'll lead and motivate staff to deliver memorable moments for guests, share moments of joy, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You'll work with the pub management team to keep operations efficient, handle opening/closing, stock, and cashing up, and lead by example on customer care. This role offers development through our internal pathways and rewards for performance.
