Pub Shift Leader: Motivate the Team & Delight Guests

Marston's PLC is hiring a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Redcar. You'll lead shifts, deliver great guest experiences, and help the management team run the business smoothly.

You'll be a role model for customer service, open and close the venue, manage stock and cash, and use initiative to keep service fast and friendly. Flexible, part-time hours may be available as well as a clear career pathway through DNA.
