Pub Management Couple

A unique opportunity for a Head Chef and GM in the Forest of Dean. We are looking for an exceptional couple to live-in and run our destination country pub. The property is well known for great food, and we already have a following. We want the Chef to make the kitchen his/her own, running a distinct seasonal menu using all local produce. The GM will run FOH with flair and a huge welcome.
