Pub General Manager - Lead Team, Elevate Guest Experience

Greene King in Poole is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy community pub, drive sales, and create exceptional experiences for guests and staff. You'll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure high standards across service, quality, and safety.
