Pub General Manager - Culture-Driven Leader (40h)

Brewhouse & Kitchen in Portsmouth is seeking a General Manager to lead our pub with a passion for people, service and craft beer. You will oversee front of house and robust kitchen operations, coaching your team to deliver flawless execution in a fun, supportive environment.

You will manage the pub P&L, open and close shifts, and act as the community ambassador at your site while upholding our high operational standards and compliant practices.
