As a key member of our dynamic team, you will take responsibility for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding dining experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  • Play a vital role in the continued success of our thriving hospitality business
  • Work closely with the Pub Manager to develop innovative and exciting menus
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of our well-established venue
Preferred Requirements
  • Leverage your extensive experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Pub Chef to lead and inspire your kitchen team
  • Oversee food production processes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold impeccable hygiene practices
  • Effectively manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to support seamless kitchen operations
  • Collaborate closely with front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment
  • Exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
Benefits / Package
  • Salary Range of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
  • 40 hours per week
