Job Description
The Early Childhood Service (SDPE) is responsible for implementing the City of Geneva's early childhood policy by managing municipal childcare structures and supporting the subsidized childcare structures. As part of the opening of the new early childhood care structure Guy-Olivier Segond at the start of the school year, we are looking for a Psychomotor Therapist at 10%. Your mission and responsibilities:- Support the psychomotor development of children in collective settings, in accordance with the reception standards and objectives.- Identify and report on individuals requiring special attention.- Develop prevention and psychomotor development projects, and ensure their implementation.- Advise and support management and the team regarding the environmental conditions of care as well as favorable projects for the psychomotor development of children.- Plan and animate psychomotricity activities in connection with the children and the teams.- Participate in reflections on space arrangements.- Be a resource person for the teams. Profile:- Hold a Bachelor's degree in psychomotricity from HES-SO or an equivalent qualification.- Have a minimum of X years of experience in the field.- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm with proactivity.- Have experience in the field of early childhood (one).
