As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across year groups with their learning
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist in implementing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and EHCP targets
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
• Support students in small classes with a high staff-to-student ratio

You will be working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD.

• Holds a Psychology or Criminology degree (preferred)
• Passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
• Patient, calm, and compassionate approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• SEN, SEMH, or PMLD experience desirable but not essential
• Resilient and committed to long-term impact
