The RoleAs a Psychology Teacher, you will deliver engaging and academically rigorous lessons at Key Stage 5, with the potential to teach related subjects at Key Stage 4 depending on the school's curriculum. The successful Psychology Teacher will inspire students to develop a strong understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and real-world applications.
Key responsibilities for this Psychology Teacher role include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Psychology lessons
- Teaching A-Level Psychology (and/or BTEC Applied Psychology where applicable)
- Supporting students with coursework, research, and exam preparation
- Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities
- Assessing and tracking student progress effectively
- Contributing to enrichment activities such as Psychology clubs or guest lectures
