Job Description
Recently graduated in Psychology or worked in social care? Want hands on experience supporting children's emotional regulation and learning development? This Primary Learning Support role offers meaningful, front line experience supporting pupils academically and emotionally. This Role is Ideal For:
  • Psychology graduates

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting children with varying learning needs
  • Assisting pupils with emotional regulation
  • Encouraging independence and resilience
  • Monitoring engagement and progress
  • Supporting inclusive classroom practice

You'll gain practical experience in:

  • Behaviour management
  • Child development in action
  • Education psychology principles
  • SEN exposure

An excellent stepping stone into Educational Psychology, Teaching, Therapy or Social Work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
