With experience supporting both children and adults, I specialise in supporting people at times of uncertainty and change, including grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and exploring life's meaning, purpose, and questions and feelings around life and death. I work with you to uncover insights that support your unique journey and help you navigate life with clarity and resilience.
