Psychiatric Nurse

Your future responsibilities: You will identify the needs and resources at the beginning of the care intervention and develop the goals and actions for care considering a therapeutic project. You will lead individual interviews, network interviews with a team, co-facilitate groups with a therapeutic aim, and establish a written record from the beginning to the end of the intervention. You will need to manage acute clinics and profile: You hold a nursing degree (HES) or have recognition of your diploma from the Red Cross, possess experience and/or interest in the field (and notably are flexible and enjoy collaborating in a team), and are willing to work with varied schedules (split/ nights/weekends). This is a requirement. You must have a good command of the French language (B2 minimum) and demonstrate critical thinking and synthesis skills.
