We're seeking results-driven, delivery-focused Programme Support Office Analysts to join our Licence Renewal function. If you thrive in complex, regulated, and technology-driven environments and possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • As a PSOA, you ll support a high-profile programme, ensuring that governance, reporting, and project support activities run smoothly. Your work will contribute directly to the success of the licence renewal and transition period.
  • Provide high-quality project support including risk/issue management (RAID), planning, documentation control, and reporting.
  • Drive data-led decision making, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of meetings: planning agendas, capturing actions, and distributing materials.
  • Ensure programme reports are accurate, insightful, and reflect a 'single version of the truth'.
  • Maintain clear and structured programme documentation aligned to PMO best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved governance and assurance processes.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels - from project teams to senior leadership.
  • Be a visible advocate of DCC's behaviours: Accountability, Integrity, and Making a Difference.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced PMO or programme environment.
  • Strong grasp of project and programme governance, planning, RAID, change control, and reporting.
  • Confident communicator, able to translate technical updates into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure, with strong initiative and drive.
  • Certifications such as APM, P3O, MoP, or Prince2, or working towards them.
  • Experience in the energy sector or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
