Prosess - Senior Ingeniør

Responsibilities

• Oversee process design, simulations, and the preparation of technical documentation such as P&IDs and PFDs.
• Perform concept studies, detailed engineering, and technical modifications on existing installations to optimize production and safety.
• Collaborate closely with other disciplines, project management, and clients to ensure the seamless integration of process solutions in complex modification projects.
• Act as the technical approver for the discipline's deliverables and contribute to the professional development of junior engineers.

Required expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience from the oil and gas industry, preferably with modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
• Documented proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Flarenet, or UniSim.
• Familiarity with client-specific systems like STID and ProcoSys.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, including NORSOK, API, and ISO.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements throughout the design and operational phases.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
