Job Description
Job Title: Proposition Delivery Manager Location: Hertfordshire or Manchester Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Benefits:

- Drive and deliver propositional and operational change across the mortgage division (residential, second charge, and buy-to-let products).
- Lead the end-to-end execution of change initiatives, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including scope, business cases, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and improve operational efficiencies.
- Liaise with external partners to support the execution of change programmes.
- Identify, monitor, and manage risks to successful project delivery.
- Update and develop policies and procedures to align with new processes or enhancements.
- Produce and circulate regular project reports tracking progress against scope and timelines.
- Partner with IT teams to define system changes required to support delivery objectives.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the senior management team
- Background in the mortgage industry, with knowledge of products, operations, systems, and origination processes.
- Proven experience delivering lending-related process improvements and business change.
- Track record of working with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Familiarity with system development processes and collaboration with IT.
- Experience updating policies and procedures to support change initiatives.
