Proposals & Tender Engineer - VR/31521

An opportunity to join an international energy services business providing a wide range of drilling and well solutions. The company supports operators throughout the well lifecycle, and as Proposals and Tender Engineer you will play a central role in preparing and coordinating proposals and tenders, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely and aligned with client and business requirements.

• Preparing and coordinating proposals and tender submissions in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Working closely with internal teams and management to gather the information needed for accurate, timely bids.
• Highlighting and addressing technical and commercial risks during the tender process.
• Acting as a point of contact for client queries before, during and after submission.
• Contributing to bid/no-bid decisions by supporting research into potential opportunities.
• Developing supporting material for business case proposals to senior management.
• Liaising with subcontractors, partners and the Contracts Team to ensure agreements are in place where required.
• Providing input to business development reports and presentations.

• Proven experience in proposals and tendering within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of drilling and intervention services.
• Skilled in preparing accurate, professional documentation to tight deadlines.
• Effective collaborator, able to work confidently with operators, service companies and internal teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach.
