A Property Technician is required for Hunters' client, a specialist company providing professional cleaning, repair, and restoration services to both commercial and residential properties.

The Role - Property Technician

• Attend restoration jobs allocated by the administration team
• Carry out strip-out works following fire, water, mould, or accidental damage
• Restore and remediate damaged properties to a high standard
• Deliver effective solutions for property damage in both domestic and commercial settings
• Clear properties affected by damp, mould, fire, or flood damage
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional conduct and high service standards
• Work across a variety of environments, no two days are the same

The Person - Property Technician - Essential:

• Full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Positive, enthusiastic, and co-operative attitude
• Good communication skills and professional telephone manner

• Landscaping
• Handyperson or property maintenance backgrounds
