Property Surveyor - Flexible, Impactful Housing Repairs

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Property Surveyor to manage the delivery of building and maintenance projects. This position involves overseeing repairs, planned works, and conducting inspections for a portfolio of approximately 5,000 homes.

You will work closely with Area Repairs Managers to ensure repairs are prioritized and tasks are completed efficiently. Strong IT skills and experience in residential building management are essential. The role is temporary for up to 6 months, with a salary range of £42,912 - £49,155 per annum.
