Property Surveyor - Capital Projects & Decarbonization

Northern Powergrid is seeking a Property Surveyor to join our Property team. You will provide professional advice on operational land and buildings, focusing on high-end property management and supporting the Property Project Board with capital investment delivery.

You will manage portfolios including substation sites and telecoms facilities rents, drive compliance, and contribute to Net Zero through property negotiations.
