Job Description
RURAL & AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, CUMBRIA - A chance to build your practice in rural property law, working with landowners, farmers and landed estates across Cumbria.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded regional practice in Cumbria. The role offers a varied mix of rural and agricultural property work alongside wider residential and commercial property matters, with the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients across the region.
The Role
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Property Solicitors with 3+ years' PQE and significant experience in property law. Experience of rural, agricultural or landed estate work would be particularly relevant, alongside a genuine interest in developing your career in Cumbria.
You'll be confident dealing directly with clients, commercially minded and able to provide practical, solutions-focused advice. A proactive approach, strong technical ability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a close-knit team with the backing of an established regional firm, offering a supportive working environment and access to a wider network of legal specialists.
For a Property Solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to build their reputation in the Cumbrian market, this is an opportunity to develop a rewarding practice with plenty of variety.
To apply, contact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.
eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications within 7 days.
