A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Oxford office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and ambitious team handling high-quality commercial property work with genuine career progression on offer.
Responsibilities- Managing a varied commercial property caseload
- Acquisitions, disposals & refinancing
- Commercial leases, renewals & landlord/tenant matters
- Development agreements, option agreements & easements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and team growth
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (3+ PQE ideally)
- Strong commercial property experience
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded and confident managing deadlines
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
