Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 -£55,000 starting salary plus bonus

My client is recruiting for a Property Solicitor to join their central London office.

Candidates will need to have fee earning experience within residential property, and will ideally be able to demonstrate strong knowledge in freehold, leasehold sales and purchases. You will also need to have experience in dealing with new build and shared ownership properties, and with auction properties.

In addition to these technical skills, we value individuals who are proactive, client-focused, and able to manage their own caseloads efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

The firm will provide further training and development for candidates to work towards their professional goals.
