Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500 and UK Chambers Guide-recognized law firm experiencing exciting growth. Our clients team is currently seeking a full-time Property Solicitor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join an esteemed Property team based in their London office.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Property Solicitor to take on a diverse range of non-contentious property work. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and developing relationships with clients, as well as a proactive approach to building a network for repeat business. Meeting targets and achieving business growth will be a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a broad range of non-contentious property matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.

Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and a network of contacts.

Contributing to the growth and expansion of the Property department.

Meeting targets and ensuring the continued success of the team.

Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service to clients.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years PQE with experience in non-contentious property work.

Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A proactive attitude towards business development and bringing in new clients.

An interest in contributing to the expansion and future direction of the Property department.
