Property Services Officer

We are a charitable community controlled housing association owning and managing approximately 2,250 houses for social rent, providing a factoring service for approximately 1,000 owners and managing just over 250 properties through our subsidiary Southside Lettings for Mid Market. We also have an extensive development programme to build new homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a reactive and void maintenance service from a client perspective.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities.
• Competent repair diagnosis and contractor liaison.
• Maintain excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Work effectively in a changing environment with competing pressures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant technical knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Team player with a "can do" attitude and desire to learn.
• Competence in using IT packages.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for work use.

Full salary & employment details: (Hours of Work: 35 hours per week)
EVH Grade: 7 (Points ) £42,707 - £46,895
40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)
