Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales and Resales team, supporting customers to achieve their home ownership goals. As a Property Sales Executive (internally known as Statutory Sales Executive), you'll meet sales targets and deliver a customer-focused experience, promoting our home ownership services.
Typical day as a Property Sales Executive
- Manage all sales activities, progress sales, and achieve targets.
- Assess potential customers' ability to purchase properties and guide them through the approval process.
- Support marketing and campaigns related to resales, staircasing, and statutory sales.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions for reporting purposes.
- Attend open days, launches, and other sales events.
You bring
- Experience in property sales, including marketing and sales.
- Knowledge of resales, staircasing, and statutory sales processes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of mortgage processes and home ownership schemes.
- Comfort with digital marketing tools or willingness to learn.
Job details
- 37.5 hours per week, managing your own diary.
- Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
- Proficiency with technology for record-keeping, marketing, and reporting.
