Property Repairs & Tenancy Coordinator

Mears Group is seeking an experienced In Tenancy Coordinator based in Basingstoke to support repairs and property services for tenants, landlords and agents. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate contractors and maintain high levels of customer service.

The role requires strong organisation, resilience and time management in a busy office setting, with responsibility for reporting issues, liaising with letting agents and ensuring service standards are met.
