Property Recoveries Solicitor - Glasgow

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Glasgow is seeking a solicitor (ideally 0-2 PQE) to join the Civil/Commercial litigation team within Property Recoveries. The role covers Pursuer and Defender work in Sheriff Court and Court of Session, with involvement in arbitrations and mediations.

You will manage a personal and team caseload under supervision, liaise with insurer clients, supervise paralegals and trainee solicitors, and contribute to client accounts management and business development opportunities.
