Property Portfolio Manager - Leases, Budgets & Compliance

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of freehold/leasehold developments in London. You will draft S20 notices, manage leases and service charges, ensure health and safety compliance, and liaise with directors, lessees, and tenants to maintain smooth operation.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, arranging inspections, supervising maintenance contracts, and managing insurance matters in line with RICS and ARMA requirements.
