Property Operations Leader - Mill Yard Cambridge

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a General Manager for Mill Yard in Cambridge to oversee landlord operations and ensure best-in-class service delivery for a premier mixed-use campus. You will lead the on-site Community Facilities Coordinator and work closely with the PMA team and client representatives.

You will drive customer experience, budget discipline, health and safety, and continuous improvement across operations, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
