Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Supporting in managing business operations and project activities.
  • Assisting with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Tracking invoices, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate payments.
  • Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and communication across teams.
  • Handling tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care.
  • Ensuring smooth administrative processes, including record keeping and filing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient / Good level in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • 2 3 years of experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination.
  • A proactive, self starting attitude; you're someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority.
