Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Supporting in managing business operations and project activities.
- Assisting with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties.
- Acting as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Tracking invoices, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate payments.
- Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and communication across teams.
- Handling tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care.
- Ensuring smooth administrative processes, including record keeping and filing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient / Good level in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- 2 3 years of experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination.
- A proactive, self starting attitude; you're someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
- A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority.
