Property Manager (Lettings) - Service, Compliance & Growth

Property Personnel in Walton-on-Thames is recruiting a Property Manager to join a friendly team and support an expanding lettings portfolio. You will liaise between landlords, tenants and contractors, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance through robust administration.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to multi-task are essential to succeed in this role. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, with typical Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm working hours.
