Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a Property Manager to join their Bristol team. The role focuses on managing tenancies from start to finish, coordinating swift maintenance, and acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.

The position offers full training with ARLA qualification fully funded, a salary between £29,000 and £30,000, and a typical Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm pattern with 1 in 4-5 Saturdays.
