Property Manager: Compliance, Repairs & Tenant Relations

Magnus James Ltd is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join its well established team in Trowbridge. The role focuses on managing repairs, maintaining compliance (EICRs, Gas Safety, EPCs) and tenancy administration, while building strong landlord/tenant relationships.

Ideal candidates have property management experience or at least three years in customer service, with ARLA qualification preferred. A driving licence and IT skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
