Property Manager

We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded independent agent in the heart of Trowbridge. £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience

Support with further lettings qualification if not already held

Your role as a Property Manager:

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring properties remain compliant and organising EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCs
• Handling deposit returns and any disputes
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Serving relevant notices in line with landlord instruction
• Maintaining accurate tenancy administration records
• Carry out property visits and check ins when needed
• Liaising with contractors and ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently

What we're looking for from a Property Manager:

• Previous property management experience is highly desirable, if not held, a minimum of three years customer service experience needed
• ARLA qualification is highly desirable
• Strong communication and people skills - building lasting relationships is key!
• A proactive, go getter attitude - someone who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Solid IT skills and excellent attention to detail
• A well presented and professional approach
• Punctuality and great organisational skills
• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
