Job Description

A Property Manager position in Bristol is available with Pertemps Bristol Commercial, offering a full-time salary between £29,000 and £30,000 per annum. This role centres on managing tenancies from commencement to conclusion, coordinating maintenance swiftly, and serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with one in four or five Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. No driving licence is necessary. Candidates with or without experience will receive full training, with ARLA qualification fully funded. A £1,000 salary increase follows successful ARLA completion. Strong organisational and communication abilities are essential for this client facing position.

Main Duties
  • Manage tenancies from move in to move out with confidence and care.
  • Handle maintenance issues quickly, coordinating contractors and keeping tenants updated.
  • Carry out inspections and follow up on any required actions.
  • Stay compliant by ensuring all properties meet legal and safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed.
  • Keep records sharp with accurate notes and system updates.
