We are currently recruiting for a Property Managerfor our Estate Agency client based in Bishop's Stortford.
The ideal candidate must have 12months+ experience within Estate Agency.
Candidatesmust be a UK Residentand ideally live within a30-minute commuteof the area.
You will need to hold afull UK driving licenceand have the use ofyourown car.
Benefits:- Basic£32,500 - £36,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

- Assist the Lettings department regarding on-going issues, applicants, viewings etc
- Daily liaison with both landlords and tenants
- Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs and overseeing works
- Manage compliance
- Liaising with utility companies
- Writing reports and general correspondence
- Ensure regular communication with clients
- Updating the property management database
- Updating CFP with daily maintenance issues, and progressing through to FixFLo
- 12 months+ Estate Agency experience
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Good time management and excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
- Smart and well presented
- Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
- Excellent team player
- Must hold afull UK driving licenceand have the use of yourown car
