Job Description
Property Manager - Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Up to £27,500pa - NO WEEKENDS! 
We now seek a Property Manager to join the team at this busy Residential Property Company in Newcastle.
Benefits- £26,509pa
- £1,000pa Annual Bonus
- Access to Pool Car
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- 23 Days Holiday (increasing after 2 years) + Bank Holidays

- Work within a team of Property Managers to manage the residential property portfolio.
- Regularly visit properties to conduct inspections, inventories, move-ins and move-outs.
- Organise and manage general maintenance and repairs.
- Experience in Property Management.
- Passion for great customer service with a methodical and organised process towards workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
