This is an opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected agency covering Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding villages. Strong brand, steady portfolio, proper systems in place, not one of those outfits where you're firefighting from day one with zero support.

Responsibilities

You'll be managing a residential portfolio end-to-end, dealing with landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, handling compliance, managing move-ins and move-outs, and keeping everything running as it should. No babysitting, you'll be trusted to just get on with it.

The difference here is the environment. You're not just another name on a spreadsheet. There's structure, support and realistic expectations. You'll be busy, but you won't be set up to fail.

Qualifications

To be worth interviewing, you'll already have experience in residential property management. You'll understand legislation, know how to handle difficult conversations without hiding behind email, and be organised enough to keep multiple plates spinning without dropping them.

In return, you're looking at a solid basic up to £30,000, realistic OTE around £35,000, and a role where you can actually build something rather than constantly playing catch-up. If you're currently in a role where the workload is a mess, support is non-existent, or progression is just lip service, this is the sort of move that resets things properly.
