We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands on experience in private residential property management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, maximising asset value, and building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships. This role is suited to a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and consistently delivers outstanding results.
Benefits- £28,800 to £33,500 OTE per year, consisting of £20,000 £27,500 base salary and additional £6,000+ earnings expected through an uncapped commission scheme

- Full time working hours: 08 00 (weekdays) and 09 00 (one Saturday in every four, with a day in lieu)

- Book and conduct property inspections
- Negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co ordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Process deposit returns
- Resolve rental arrears
- Process eviction requests
- Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints
- Complete all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car; automatic only licences are not accepted at this time.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration (Asylum and Nationality) Act 2006)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK, e.g., passport or birth certificate
- Proof of address
- National Insurance number
- Driver's Licence check
