The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
• Arrange and conduct property inspections as required
• Handle deposit returns and resolve tenancy disputes
• Instruct maintenance works and oversee contractor performance
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
• Maintain compliance and accurate property records across your portfolio

Property Manager requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
