Property Manager

An experienced Property Manager is required to join a busy residential property management team based in Rainham.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (Permanent - Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from move in to tenancy end
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance works and contractor appointments
• Conducting property visits and ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Managing tenancy renewals, notices and general tenancy administration
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in residential Property Management
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and remain calm under pressure
• Positive, proactive and professional approach to work
• Full UK driving licence
