Are you a proactive Property Manager looking to trade the corporate grind for a high-growth, family run agency?

Do you want to manage a high quality portfolio in a role that offers a genuine 9 to 5 balance and free parking right outside the door?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a forward thinking, independent Estate Agency. Operating as a leading force in the local market, this dynamic firm has grown from a single office into a successful multi branch network.

Our client is seeking a candidate who thrives in a fresh, progressive environment and is eager to develop their career within a company that values "family run" values alongside high reaching professional ambitions.

Why Join This Team?
  • Join an established, multi branch agency with a strong reputation for excellence.
  • Work in a supportive, independent atmosphere where staff are treated as individuals, not numbers.
  • Enjoy a rare Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.
  • Modern office location with easy access and free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of landlord satisfaction.

  • Managing a trusted network of contractors to organize quotes and oversee essential property works.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries with professionalism and tact.
  • Monitoring rent accounts and managing arrears with clear, effective communication.
  • Staying ahead of the Landlord and Tenant Act, ensuring all legal notices and safety certifications are up to date.
  • Handling the full process from tenancy renewals to end of tenancy inspections and deposit negotiations.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Minimum of 1 year in Residential Property Management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to handle difficult conversations with a calm, solution oriented approach.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of modern property management software (such as TECLET) is a distinct advantage.
  • A natural ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of current UK property legislation.
  • A valid UK Driving License is essential.
