Are you a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Residential Property Manager?

An experienced residential Property Manager is required for a leading Basingstoke based lettings agency. Manage a residential portfolio, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent service to landlords, tenants, and contractors in a fast paced environment.

Our client is looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to help oversee a large residential portfolio let on ASTs. You'll be part of a professional and supportive team delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring legal compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
• Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices
• Ensuring properties comply with all safety and legal standards
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit returns
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Handling disputes, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• Proven experience in residential property management
• In-depth understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently
• Effective at resolving issues and managing conflict
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Local knowledge of the Basingstoke area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred)
• A professional, customer focused, and thorough approach
