Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
• Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and safety standards
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve queries efficiently
• Managing tenancy renewals, check ins, and check outs

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in property management or lettings preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of residential lettings processes
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident in handling tenant and landlord communications
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation desirable
• Full UK driving licence preferred for property visits and inspections
