We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Swindon office. You'll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. Benefits- Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £4,140 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on-target earnings of £27844 to £31640+ OTE per year

- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day-in-lieu)

- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, incl. full inventory reports
- Purpose built training location
- Industry leading training delivered through one to one and group sessions
- Day to day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic only driving licences at this time.
To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate

Hotel stay whilst training in Colchester is dependent on your travel distance to our Head Office location.
