Property Manager

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Enfield office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You'll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Enfield, we'd be keen to hear from you.

• £29,000 OTE up to £36,500 OTE depending on experience. Consists of a basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year (dependent on experience), and additional £5,040 earnings expected through uncapped commission.

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at Haart Estate Agents in Enfield

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at Haart Estate Agents in Enfield

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic only licences at this time.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport or Birth Certificate
